We carry out shot blasting of plates and pipes and other structural elements before they are welded, or to prepare them for painting.

We provide all commonly used methods on site: for both thin sheets and heavy plates, as well as for pipes and profiles.

We are able to bend the edges of thin sheets and heavy plates and offer a combination of manufacturing in-house and outsourcing.

Painting

We have more than 200 modern welding stations from Merkle, Fronius, Cloos and

Lincoln. We are planning to link these stations in a network.

A wide range of machining, both large and small scale, allows us to make stationary mechanical treatment of elements with a total weight up to 40 tons. In addition, mobile machining is possible.

We offer all commonly used procedures applied in painting: wet, dry and powder with nanotechnology.

And are able to paint both small elements and large welded assemblies up to 20 m long.

Assembly

Quality control

Our modular elements fitting service covers the entire value chain up to the final installation. We prepare commissioned parts fit for transport, or, if necessary we make their final installation on site.

We are certified to carry out non-destructive testing (VT, UT, MT, X rays) with 100% traceability, welding of constructions according to i.e. ISO 1090 (EXC4) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
